Holiday
Festivities 2008!!!
December 7, 2008 was the Annual tree lighting and
party. Scouts hung ornaments they made to feed birds. The tree lighting

Thanks
to Griffin's Nursery for donation of two Christmas trees for the Slack-Carroll
house. Also thanks to Crossroads nursery for providing the Christmas
tree for the five corners for below cost. Thanks also toLa Taverna
for providing lighting for the trees.

The
Dayton Village Citizens' Coalition is a nonprofit organization located
in Dayton, New Jersey. We are striving to enhance the quality of life
in our village by preserving our history, and educating the public about
our history and gardening, particularly traditional gardening. We also
are working to make our area more pedestrian friendly through identifying
walkways and bike paths as well as putting together information on the
flora and fauna along South Brunswick trails.
