Pete Peterson
Biographical sketch:
Pete Peterson has been with the Tribune for 20 years. He wants to get the story right. A non-biased reporter, he goes on facts and expects his reporters to do the same. Pete writes biographies in his spare time; he enjoys sailing along the bays of the New Jersey shore, where he has a summer home in Sea Bright.


Action/activity

Pete chose the reporters carefully. He is calling all the reporters to a meeting. At the meeting he assigns the reporters to a team and divides the workload between them.

Role
Pete Peterson takes all the reporter's work product and writes up the summary of their efforts, This summary may be placed on the web ('the newspaper'); in addition to writing a summary; he has the team review each other's reports and edit their articles for the newspaper.
